There probably aren't too many left at the White House who would be willing to help with this ridiculous stunt, but Stephen Miller is a likely candidate.
Tump himself is perfectly capable of doing something this stupid, but if he has any help, I would suspect it would be from the likes of Sean Hannity and Don Jr.
I wonder how the millions of people still without power in Puerto Rico feel about how the president is spending his time.
And, I wouldn't bet against the whole thing being dropped after he tweets a few more teasers about it.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
