When the Supreme Court is politically biased

I'm glad Chris Hayes brought up the fact that the Supreme Court twisted itself into a pretzel in Bush v. Gore by claiming its decision was "good for one ride only."  And the current Supreme Court is even more disingenuous when it comes to the law.  (And contains one Brett Kavanaugh, who was involved in the writing of the Bush decision.)  (Click here for the video.)

We knew it was a mistake for the Supreme Court to get involved in Bush v. Gore, unless this is what they were aiming for all along.

It's not the "misuse" of Bush v. Gore.  It's that Bush v. Gore was taken up by SCOTUS in the first place.
