Judge Parker slays the Kraken

Federal Judge Linda Parker came down HARD on [attorneys Lin] Wood and [Sidney] Powell, ordering they be referred for a "professional conduct investigation" in the states in which they are barred, which could lead to their disbarment.

Lin Wood, the defamation and personal injury lawyer who took up former President Trump’s baseless accusations of election fraud, will run to lead the South Carolina Republican Party less than a month after moving to the Palmetto State from his home base in Georgia.

In an email late Sunday, Wood confirmed that he would seek to oust Chairman Drew McKissick, who has run the South Carolina Republican Party since 2017.

Lin Wood banned from Twitter

[A Twitter] spokesperson said Wood’s account was permanently suspended for violating Twitter’s rules. The spokesperson also confirmed Wood’s second account, @fightbacklaw, was also removed.

The city of Detroit is calling for attorneys Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and their colleagues to be disbarred over their attempts to change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, according to reports from The New York Times and Law and Crime.

The city has requested that a federal judge penalize the attorneys through sanctions, including removing their ability to practice law in the Eastern District of Michigan and issuing fines.

Who would be more eloquent to say what the will of God is, the belief of God in me.”

“I represent Moses,” Wood allegedly declared on tape. “I represent Ananias the believer. I’m like the power of King David. Now look you all, I told you I was going to pray tonight to my God, not to myself, because to me there’s God and there’s me.”

The quotations came to light during contentious litigation between Wood and his former partners Nicole Wade, Jonathan Grunberg, and Taylor Wilson, who broke up from L. Lin Wood, P.C. earlier this year to start their own firm Wade, Grunberg & Wilson, LLC.

When they filed their lawsuit on Aug. 30, this year’s presidential election had still been months away, and Wood was known for representing Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse and QAnon adherent Marjorie Taylor Greene, who was then a congressional candidate. Wood previously had a long history with high-profile clients like the parents of JonBenet Ramsey and Richard Jewell, whose name he cleared in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bombing.

The former partners claimed that their relationship with Wood spanning roughly half a decade started deteriorating late last year as Wood began to exhibit “erratic, hostile, abusive, and threatening” behavior.

“In the Fall of 2019, defendant Wood also committed assault and battery on Grunberg in an elevator of a hotel during an out of town deposition,” they wrote in their complaint, which also alleges that Wood attacked Wilson. “In both assaults, there was essentially no reason whatsoever for the attack, and defendant Wood later acknowledged and apologized for this violence.”

What’s more, the partners claim, Wood admitted to those assaults on tape.

Wood was also the recent recipient of a letter from Dominion Voting Systems, demanding that he preserve documents and warning of imminent litigation. Smartmatic has threatened litigation as well.

Citing no evidence, he accuses state officials, including Gov. Brian Kemp, of taking bribes to keep Trump from winning Georgia. He claims Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger stole votes from Trump. And he spreads conspiracy theories that connect purported election fraud to a traffic accident that killed a 20-year-old worker on U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler’s campaign who dated one of Kemp’s daughters.

Pathetic - Part 2

On Friday, the president and his allies suffered legal defeats in six states, including decisive rejections in Arizona and Nevada of their claims of fraud and other irregularities.

Trump was unable to stop the certification of the vote in all the states in which he has sought to contest the results, even after making personal outreach to Republican officials in Michigan.

Oh hell. The Trump administration has repeatedly violated the Hatch Act since the beginning of his administration. This is the administration that's above the law.

While the civil penalties of the Hatch Act do not apply to the president, the criminal provisions do, she noted.

And who's going to charge him?

Trump is to headline a campaign rally for Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler in the state Saturday night — his first major political event since before the Nov. 3 election.

Everybody pray for Daniel Dale and Aaron Rupar.

GOP officials are working frantically behind the scenes to try to keep the president on script at the rally, worried that he will use the forum to attack Kemp and other state GOP officials who have resisted his pressure.

Of course he will. And they haven't been abe to keep him on script in the past four years. Why are they still trying?

The Georgia governor has become a punching bag for the president, who called him “hapless” on Twitter and told aides in recent days that Kemp was a “moron,” according to the person. He also complained to aides that Kemp should not have appointed Loeffler to succeed retiring Sen. Johnny Isakson in late 2019, saying he does not think she is a good candidate.

When asked to comment on Trump’s remarks, Loeffler campaign spokeswoman Caitlin O’Dea said, “Tune in tonight and stop reporting fake news.”

And they know it can't be disproved because the envelopes are separated from ballots after the signatures are matched.

Lin Wood joined a growing list of President Donald Trump’s devotees calling for martial law ­and having the military oversee a new presidential election. Both Flynn and Wood tweeted their support for the effort to undermine the will of the American electorate, with the latter saying a U.S. civil war caused by China was inevitable.

Wood, who has filed several lawsuits challenging Biden’s victory and is recently known for representing accused murderer Kyle Rittenhouse, was the first to show his support for WTPC, tweeting a link to the ad Tuesday morning and expressly calling for the president to declare martial law.

“Good morning. Our country is headed to civil war. A war created by 3rd party bad actors for their benefit – not for We The People. Communist China is leading the nefarious efforts to take away our freedom,” he wrote. “[President Trump] should declare martial law.”

Flynn followed a few hours later, also tweeting a link to the ad along with the caption, “Freedom never kneels except for God.”
