It's not obstruction - it's fighting back

“There’s been no collusion whatsoever,” Trump told reporters in an impromptu press conference on Wednesday. “There’s no obstruction whatsoever. And I’m looking forward to it.”

Trump also mocked critics who have accused him of obstructing the Russia probe by attacking the investigations and referring to them as a “witch hunt.”

“You fight back, oh, it’s obstruction,” Trump mockingly told reporters.

  The Hill
Apparently, he doesn't understand - or he's pretending not to and giving his base some ignorant Joe talking points - that when you're the president of the United States, with the power to intervene in matters of justice, and you're "fighting back" in a federal investigation, it's obstruction.  Maybe he really does believe he's just fighting back.  He's always been big on fighting back.  Perhaps his attorneys haven't pointed out the subtleties of the position he's in now that he's president.  By the self-destructive tweets he constantly spews, it seems that's at least possible.
Trump also told reporters that he plans to speak with special counsel Robert Mueller in two to three weeks, but said his lawyers are working out the specifics.

“I'm looking forward to it," Trump said about being questioned by Mueller. "I would do it under oath.”
More ignorance or another talking point for the base? If there's an FBI agent conducting the interview, which there no doubt will be, he'll be "under oath" automatically, since lying to the FBI is a crime.  The danger of him talking to the FBI is that he's a pathological liar.  He can't stop.

They've put him in a pugnacious mood for Davos.  He should be lots of fun there.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
