That's not a suspicous desperate measure to interfere with the Mueller investigation at all.
Has the House Intel finished with its Russian collusion investigation then? Do they plan on making a report? Will they permit any Democrats to sit on this investigation? If they do, what happens when a Democrat starts questioning Wray and Comey about what the GOP, Giuliani and the New York FBI were doing to thwart Hillary's campaign?
These people are insane.
If I thought for a moment Congress would actually rein in FBI abuses and provide oversight that prevented things like destroying whistleblowers rather than protecting them and setting up mentally ill and disillusioned young men to get a win for the "war on terror," I'd be all for an investigation of the FBI. But that's not what will happen. It's only meant to protect the Turd in Chief.
Also, they supposedly voted to release "the memo".
They must be absolutely certain Mueller has the goods on Trump, and perhaps on some of them as well, to be this desperate.
Overrule then and join the effort to obstruct justice?
Crazy.
