They can't seem to get their tax plan passed

Orrin Hatch thinks a 1-year limit on tax cuts would be the fix. But no limit for businesses. Sadly, I wouldn't put it past Congress to go along.
A host of tax cuts for individual taxpayers would now be temporary, expiring after 2025, under a major revision late Tuesday to the Senate tax reform plan by Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch.

I should hope so. There are more changes in the Hatch proposal. It's still a bad plan. Unless you're rich or a corporation.
