Aaaand, another one

U.S. Rep. Joe Barton, R-Ennis, released a statement on Wednesday apologizing for a graphic nude photo of him that circulated on social media earlier this week.

"While separated from my second wife, prior to the divorce, I had sexual relationships with other mature adult women," he said. "Each was consensual. Those relationships have ended. I am sorry I did not use better judgment during those days. I am sorry that I let my constituents down."

And I'm sorry I saw the photo! Even censored.
A spokeswoman said Wednesday he had no plans to resign and had filed for re-election.

It is unclear how the photo got onto social media, or who put it there.

Images that were taken by consenting adults with a "reasonable expectation of privacy" constitute "revenge porn" when distributed without the subject's consent, according to a blog post by Houston lawyer Brett Podolsky. Even threatening to distribute the material is illegal by state law.
I'm giving you fair warning...if you scroll beyond this official picture of Joe, you're probably going to lose your lunch.

Imagine.  Shudder.

Joe, I'd be willing to bet you could not do deep.  Or hard, if you run out of Viagra.

But, Sean, you could have warned me first.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE:  Barton will not seek re-election in 2018.
