Dear god! Rick Perry just gets dumber and dumber

Holy shit, Rick. You dumb bastard. You don't just take the latest hot topic and throw it into whatever you're talking about.

Well, I guess you do, if you're Rick Perry.

And no African girl said fumes from a fire are killing people. Jesus.
