Why does he have to go to Delaware to isolate?

One report said he kept the conference waiting 90 minutes before canceling.  Another Trumpian move.

If he can't campaign, he needs to step aside and let Kamala take the reins.  And if he doesn't step aside soon, DNC needs to go ahead with a brokered convention.  

In the last few days we've had polls showing the majority of Dem voters don't want Biden, and also that they approve of Harris; numerous reports of congressional Dems saying privately that they want him to step down; increasing numbers of incumbent Dems worried about their chances if he stays in, calling for him to step down publicly; bad or not that great public appearances; and now a cancellation of a campaign event. This is untenable. 

Biden recently said "not only is [Kamala] a great vice president, she could be president of the United States."  I don't think he's said anything approaching that in the past, not to mention the DNC just backed off their plan to call an early vote.  I'm hoping he's recognizing the handwriting on the wall.  He's a stubborn and combative old coot, though.
