He doesn't think it was him

I'd make two points:
1) He already apologized for it (and then people must have started asking which one was him because they couldn't tell - so, voila! he has plausible deniability - only he should have thought of that before apologizing);
2) If he doesn't know if it was him, that can only mean that he WAS in blackface (or a KKK hood) at some point where a photo COULD have been taken.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE:

You're not confused, Seung Min. Northam is trying to see if he can gaslight just like the president.

Also... he likes beer! He and Kavanaugh have some similar issues with beer and yearbooks.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
