Cohen's testimony is getting off to a nasty start

They're having to take a vote before starting to table a motion by Republican Mark Meadows to delay the hearing because he says they didn't get Cohen's statement as far ahead of the hearing as rules require. Republicans are going to cause as much trouble as possible. Chairman Cummings called for a vote and proclaimed the "ayes" have it. Meadow demanded a roll call of votes, knowing that they Democrats have more (24) people here than the Republicans (17). Meadows and Jim Jordan are combative. This'll be a nightmare.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

PLAYER: Act natural. You know why you're here at least.

GUILDENSTERN: We only know what we're told, and that's little enough. And for all we know it isn't even true.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
