I saw an earlier comment on Trump's supposed move to withdraw from Syria that also said it would benefit Putin. WTF? Not that I think Trump actually gives a shit about anything but himself, but it's disturbing that we no longer talk about war as if it has any effect on tens of thousands of ordinary people. It's just a matter of playing a board game like Risk.
I'll tell you who it will benefit most: Syrian civilians. And that's a good thing. I hope Adam Johnson is wrong on A).
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
