Whiner in Chief heads back to the courthouse

He has known who all the potential witnesses are for weeks, and the only reason he didn't know the order they would appear in is because he couldn't stop making threatening bleats about them, so the judge refused to make the prosecution tell him the order.  That would have been only a courtesy, and it would have put the witnesses in further danger.

Also, the judge did not take away the Whiner in Chief's first amendment rights.  He's threatened with jail because fines have not stopped him violating the gag order meant to protect witnesses and court staff.  And finally, virtually all legal scholars and experts admit the DA has an excellent and virtually airtight case.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE 08:13 am:

Maybe HE didn't delete it.
