The Van der Zwaan charges

According to the document filed, Van der Zwaan lied to the FBI regarding "communication with Richard W. Gates III." It also claims he failed to produce emails sought by Mueller's team, which he deleted to try to hide. Specifically, this seems to refer to one email exchange in particular with "Person A".

The lies, made on November 3, 2017, "concerning his work as an attorney [...] engaged by the Ukraine Ministry of Justice," are described here:
