Flynn indictment kerfuffle

Apparently, there is a theory gaining momentum that Mike Flynn is going to withdraw his plea due to a corruption in the Mueller charge against him. I find it hard to imagine that Mueller was sloppy in this one case, but I'm not qualified to make any legal determinations.

For the record (and so I'll be able to find it when this inevitably gets out of hand and Trump starts tweeting it because Sean Hannity starts spouting it), here's a Twiter thread by DC attorney Susan Simpsonon why this theory is BS.
