What was truly bad about it was the picture he chose to retweet:
That is only disturbing. That's how he greets hurricane victims? That just makes him look like a creepy, nasty old man. Which, I guess is what he is, but does no one on his team recognize what the optics of that picture are. Apparently FLOTUS is trained to act like that's normal.
I notice she's not wearing her FLOTUS hat, nor is he wearing the merchandise hat he got dinged for wearing on his first trip.
Somebody forgot to tell him to stop slavering over the little black girls.
Maybe that one was old enough to know to turn away, so he needed one even younger this time.
And then there was this one:
Everything in that picture is disturbing and uncomfortable. Including the guy in the background.
Oh, and, hey...
Gee, Beave, that's great!
For the love of god. Somebody is going to have to coach him again on how to sound compassionate and caring about the potential, probable, and real victims. And it was only a few days ago when they practiced him down in Texas and Louisiana.
And, this picture worked...he should have stopped with it:
Dude, this is not a pep rally. It's a hurricane with undoubtedly catastrophic effects for certain people.
(Shakes head sadly.)
