Bots Don't Rally

Despite being dubbed the “Mother of all Rallies,” a pro-Donald Trump demonstration in Washington D.C. on Saturday reportedly saw laughably pathetic turnout.

Photos and videos showed an underwhelming crowd and plenty of empty space on the National Mall as Trump supporters gathered there.

[A] reporter with The Hill tallied the number of attendees at 150 people – a pretty disappointing turnout for an event that organizers claimed would be the “Woodstock of rallies” for Trump supporters.

I think they put too many restrictions on the event:

No racists, no confederate flags. Pretty much limits the size of a Trump rally right there.

And then there were the speakers: Hamody Jasim, Omar Navarro and Marco Gutierrez. All you need to know is in their names.

If by "historic turnout" you mean the smallest ever, then yeah.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

GUILDENSTERN: We only know what we're told, and that's little enough. And for all we know it isn't even true.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
