As Judge Engoron stated in his written order today, the gag order imposed on "all parties" had the consequence of "forbidding all parties from posting, emailing, or speaking publicly about any members of my staff" and emphasized that "personal attacks on members of my court staff are unacceptable, inappropriate, and I will not tolerate them under any circumstances."

The timing when Don Jr. reposted the article is also alarming since it was made following the the judge addressing undisputed violations of the gag order.
