Eric Trump does NOT pour concrete.

UPDATE 10/21/2023:
On Thursday, Cushman & Wakefield’s senior managing director David McArdle scrutinized emails with Eric Trump demonstrating the interest former President Donald Trump’s son had in the appraisals of [particular Trump properties].

In an email dated Sept. 13, 2013, McArdle told a fellow appraisal: “Of course, Eric Trump has lofty ideas on value and assumes $1,000+ psf is no problem.” McArdle explained his meaning on the witness stand, as questioning turned to the development of 71 units at the Trump National Golf Club.

“Eric loved this project,” McArdle testified on Thursday, referring to the Trump scion. “He thought it was very special.”

Other emails showed Eric Trump in direct correspondence with McArdle and Dillon, telling the former: “please finish but hold off on sending the appraisal until further notice.”

“I'm happy to discuss anytime,” Eric Trump told McArdle on Oct. 16, 2013.

That August, Eric Trump wrote McArdle and Dillon to discuss the draft appraisal: “Assuming we are all in the same ballpark after the call, we can finalize and hopefully put this to bed,” following up that sentence with plans to arrange a conference call.
