Another Trump attack on Judge Engoron

Technically, he wasn't blocked by the limited gag order from attacking the judge himself, so we can expect more of this.

In the video, Judge Engoron tells students about a type of judgment that judges can make known as "judgment notwithstanding the verdict," which allows a presiding judge in a civil case to overrule the decision of a jury and reverse or amend their verdict.

As a reminder, there is no jury in Trump's NY fraud trial, and Judge Engoron has already ruled against him in a partial summary judgment. The current trial is now simply to figure out disgorgement on other ancillary issues.

Donald Trump and his adult kids, Don Jr. and Eric, have continued to antagonize and attack Judge Engoron throughout the trial and even suggested that the judge should be criminally prosecuted.
