Looks like Roger Stone is still in Trump's good graces

Sounds like Roger is getting a pardon.

Not sure what "other side" he's talking about.  Probably Dems. Maybe investigators.
Asked whether he would pardon Stone, Trump told reporters in December that he hadn’t thought about it but went on to describe Stone as a “good person” and said he had been treated unfairly.

“I’ve known Roger over the years, he’s a nice guy. A lot of people like him. And he got hit very hard, as did Gen. Flynn and as did a lot of other people,” Trump said at his Mar-a-Lago beach club in Palm Beach, Fla. “Now they’re finding out it was all a big hoax.”

Trump's not leaving the White House, is he?

UPDATE:
The prosecutor who tried Trump confidant Roger Stone has resigned from the case after the U.S. Department of Justice said it would lower its sentencing recommendation following the president’s criticism of a possible 9-year sentence.

Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Zelinsky submitted his withdrawal notice on Tuesday to the federal judge in Washington.

Good for him. Of course they'll just replace him with a Trump toady.
