Bill Barr has got to go




The prosecutor who tried Trump confidant Roger Stone has resigned from the case after the U.S. Department of Justice said it would lower its sentencing recommendation following the president’s criticism of a possible 9-year sentence.

Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Zelinsky submitted his withdrawal notice on Tuesday to the federal judge in Washington.

Good for him. Of course they'll just replace him with a Trump toady.

 Hopefully, the judge will give him 20 years just to make a point.

Another attorney pulls out.


UPDATE:  All four prosecutors on the case have pulled out, and two of them have resigned from the DOJ.
