Trump lawyers' strategy: throw it all out there and see what sticks

They have a guilty client.  They simply have no choice but to toss everything out there and hope something works.  Reminds me of what a woman in my organic chemistry class in college said about taking the final:  "I'm just going to tape the answer sheet to the wall, fire at it with a shotgun, and go with the splatter pattern."

When all else fails, maybe in the end, like the defense attorney in a case a lawyer in whose office I once worked quoted after failing to come up with a viable defense:  "Your honor, my client is very sorry."
