Still ranting about Harley Davidson

They made him look like the fool he is, and now he's "hitting back".

He doesn't get it, does he? They won't pay any more taxes on their stateside cycles than they already are - and they got a big tax cut from him.

If he's trying to force his MAGAheads to stop buying Harleys, what are they going to do? There are no other American motorcycle manufacturers. They'll have to buy German or Japanese - and those will cost them more than ever because he put tariffs on those countries' exports.

What a maroon.

Your president is an idiot, as well as a douche.

UPDATE:

Correction: I read that there are no other American motorcycle companies and repeated it, while wondering about Indian motorcycles. I assumed that they simply were no longer being made. It seems that's not true - they're still operating under the company Polaris, based in Minnesota. And they're also considering moving some production overseas.

GUILDENSTERN: But we don't know what's going on, or what to do with ourselves. We don't know how to act.

PLAYER: Act natural. You know why you're here at least.

GUILDENSTERN: We only know what we're told, and that's little enough. And for all we know it isn't even true.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
