Have they never heard of spell-check? This is by no means the first time we're seeing this incompetence in Trump election-reversal lawsuits.

Can't recall where i saw it, but someone said one of the named plaintiffs had not given permission to file in his name. Maybe this was him and it was just sloppiness/carelessness on Powell's part.
