GAO: OMB broke the law

This will be helpful in the impeachment trial.

"Faithful execution of the law does not permit the President to substitute his own policy priorities for those that Congress has enacted into law."

No doubt it will. And watch for the GAO to be abolished by executive order or its director to ~~be fired~~ resign.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
