Unlike Junior's book that was bought up by the RNC in order to make it a best seller, I imagine this book has been heavily pre-ordered by invididuals, and yet, in light of the above letter, I'm going to guess the publication date will be pushed beyond March 17.
Also, I have no doubt Bolton knows what can and can't be published because of national security, which leads me to believe some things he wrote have been classified after the fact. "Significant amounts" indeed.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
