Haha. "I was visibly upset." I've never heard anybody say that about him/herself before, and I wonder what he did to make his upset visible. I guess we'll have to take his word for it as we weren't able to see for ourselves, because the Senate rules don't allow cameras other than the one they provide which is stationary on the speakers' dais.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
