Oooooooh. Cold.A Manhattan divorce judge said Wednesday that former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his estranged wife Judith Nathan are headed toward a bitter matrimonial trial.

“I think we’re going to be moving this case along to a lengthy and unpleasant trial but so be it,” Katz said. “We'll do what we need to do to resolve this case.”
The proceeding has gotten so petty that Giuliani has accused Nathan of failing to disclose a bank account with just $100 in it to him.
Her lawyers said the mix up was due to the fact that he rerouted her mail to come to him.
Giuliani was scolded by Katz at one point after a series of outbursts in which he called one of his wife’s claims “bulls--t!”
“Mr. Giuliani, don't interrupt the proceeding,” the irked judge said.
“You have lawyers representing you,” he told Giuliani. “You’re not the lawyer.”
