Somehow, I don't think he can do that. And nobody, but nobody, could complain more than he does. He's whining and bitching every minute he's not bragging.
I did, however, think he might be able to go longer than 8 minutes. A lesson: Give the man any credit, and you'll be overestimating him.
Also, of course, Robert Mueller did not say there was no collusion, so if that statement is what's so ridiculous to say, I'm in agreement.
