Not to detract from the need to stop this, it's still useful to remember that Congress gave up its war powers authority to George W. Bush because they got freaked out about possible terror attacks. Yemen isn't the only place we're involved in war that wasn't declared by Congress. Congress needs to get its shit together. We need to ditch all the old fear-mongerers and war profiteers that still occupy seats there.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
