I keep trying to get away from this story, but it just keeps getting uglier.

I'm dumbstruck here.  This was a Catholic prep school they went to.  And this kind of stuff was allowed to get by the editing process????

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

P.S.   I get it that this happened when these guys were asshat teenagers.  But if Kavanaugh is lying that he never behaved in this manner, much less assaulted a girl - and I am personally convinced he is because he's lied under oath about other things - then he's never taken responsibility for it. So, it's not really in the past. 

Also, it's not in the past for the victim.
