More on the stolen material

Following posts in Rozen's thread:
Leahy says Kavanaugh testified in 2004 he did not know anything about it. Today Leahy says they learned abt Kavanaugh relationship w Miranda
Leahy: did miranda ever provide u highly specific info regarding what I or other Dem Sens were planning in future to ask judicial nominees
Kavanaugh does not say no
Leahy: Did Mr. Miranda send you an email on July 19, 2002 ....why Leahy people looking into her financial ties
Kavanaugh is reading the email.
Kavanaugh does not really answer: I don’t have specific recollection of this. Leahy says it came from stolen email from me [Leahy]
Kavanaugh claims he was not aware he was getting info from stolen emails.
Leahy: Miranda was telling you about emails he stole from me the night before
This is incredibly ugly stuffKavanaugh is not really answering.
Leahy: you didn’t realize you had a stolen email, stolen from me, not made public?
Leahy asks Kavanaugh if Miranda ever asked to meet him somewhere private. Kavanaugh says can’t rule it out.
!!
Leahy: Did he ever hand you material? Kavanaugh pretends to not understand Leahy: did he ever hand u something marked confidential?
Kavanaugh does not say no and then feigns would not be uncommon to talk abt what senators on both sides think
Leahy: you weren’t concerned about where Mr. Miranda got them? Kavanaugh pretends to be confused
Don McGahn’s face as Kavanaugh looks like weasel who used stolen emails and partisan hack
Kavanaugh: “it is common for everyone to talk to each other and share information.”
Kavanaugh worried that Leahy has the email
Leahy to Grassley: Email marked committee confidential now public?
wow. leahy/committee has the email.
Leahy says wants Judge Kavanaugh to be able to see emails that came from Mr. Miranda. Grassley says will make them available
Leahy: am concerned because there is evidence that Mr. Miranda gave you emails that were stolen from me.
and you had reason to believe the material was obtained inapproptiately at the time.

And this man is going to be confirmed to sit on the Supreme Court.
