I wonder if anyone is keeping count of how many questions Kavanaugh is answering and how many he is skirting.
Sounds like he has certainly analyzed whether or not a pardon can be granted for a bribe. Also sounds like the answer is yes, if you can officially claim it's for another reason.
I find this as repugnant as anything Kavanaugh is offering up. Graham is his own side, a supporter. And talking about how he bases his decisions on the law (not to mention stolen emails) does not address the fact that he snubbed the father of a young woman killed in a mass shooting on camera mere hours earlier.
And then his wife piped up from behind him, "Good husband."
Also, there was a long pause before answering, and some stammering. This guy is pathetic. Also, he's only been a judge for 12 years. Since he worked for GW Bush, and makes reference to his Christianity, I'm guessing he is one of those "young Republicans" of incompetency fame W installed in the White House.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
