...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.The condo board at "Trump Place" has sued the Trump Organization in an attempt to remove Trump's name from the building after residents complained it would damage property values, The Washington Post reports.
Both parties are expected in court on Thursday for a hearing, where the board is hoping New York Justice Eileen Bransten will rule that a licensing agreement does not mean the building is bound to display the Trump name.
"Trump Place", located at 200 Riverside Boulevard in Manhattan, is just one of six buildings bearing the same name. Since the 2016 election, three of the buildings have removed Trump from their name, according to The Post.
Other Trump-branded buildings, including Trump hotels in New York, Toronto and Panama, have removed Trump from their name.
