Avenatti denied right to practice in Cohen trial

The Cohen/Avenatti hearing was held this morning.

Avenatti was denied the right to practice in the New York court:

Not smart on Avenatti's part.

Also...

UPDATE:

Without benefit of tone or expression, this sounds like a statement that Avenatti is freer on the outside than he would be if allowed to be a part of the case and could be taken to mean that the judge would like him to coninue on the outside.
