Rick Gates sentenced

Rick Gates, Donald Trump's one-time deputy campaign manager, received 36 months of probation on Tuesday after pleading guilty last year to financial fraud and lying to investigators.

Gates will also serve 45 days in jail on weekends or in accordance with the schedule of the probation office.

Fair enough. He cooperated and testified in both the Manafort and Stone trials.
