Here's the State Department's statement of the U.S.-Mexico Joint Declaration. I don't know about any "signed agreement", but is he saying that lie he's telling about an agreement that Mexico will immediately buy more agriculture product from US farmers was left out of this statement, and will be added "at the appropriate time"? What a large lying asshat.
Mexico and the US haven't been cooperating for decades? Hmmmmm....what was NAFTA?
"Profitable" tariffs. For manufacturers.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
