A small, private Missouri college may be able to get away with it, but I wonder about the Texas Farm Bureau. Mississippi cop agencies can boycott by not purchasing, and their staff have to wear whatever is provided in the way of uniforms, but that's different. The Kenner, Louisiana, mayor has already had to walk back his ban of Nike products for the entire city, "acting upon advice from the city attorney.".
Nike, in the meantime, is doing a booming business. Better than ever.
