That has no bearing on whether Rosenstein did what he's being accused of doing. You need to go further and remind everyone that the whole Trump cabal lies as they breathe and will pull out all the stops to end this investigation, because it ensnares them, too.
We also know that Rosenstein "was used" to cover Trump's firing of Comey, which doesn't give me a lot of confidence in Rosenstein.
