Cornyn is right that Booker is releasing confidential documents, which is a punishable offense (several whistleblowers are serving or have served jail time for it). I've got to hand Booker some admiration for doing it anyway. This was the sticking point I always had with Ron Wyden during the NSA warrantless surveillance uproar. He said the American public would be outraged if they knew what he knew, and yet, he wouldn't break rules to tell us. When the government is screwing the citizens, it's the moral duty of anyone with the knowledge and proof to tell what they know.
