Russia still bombing Ukrainian civilians

"An abnormal discharge of aircraft ammunition" is bowdlerization for "bombing" in case you don't speak government bullshit.

UPDATE 01/08/2024: What's going on with Russian bombers? They've once again accidentally bombed themselves.
