Possible delaying factor in DC case

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

(I've been trying to think of a shorthand reference to this case, since insurrection isn't part of it. Ryan Goodman is calling it the election interference prosecution. I guess that works, and if I keep calling it the DC case, it could end up being confused with something in the future. It's not inconceivable Smith will bring another case in DC since he still has a working grand jury there. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.)

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
