Of course I don't know, but I would assume he has to be charged with a crime. I also assume Chutkan can admonish him, and certainly give his lawyers the minimum they're allowed by law in pre-trial activity, but can she charge him? Especially if the crime is in another state. She did say she would be "scrutinizing" his activity, so I don't think he'd actually have to commit a crime for her to revoke his bail.
...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
