Pence will testify

Let's hope this means Smith is on the verge of finishing his investigation and charging - or not - Trump with crimes. I wouldn't advise holding one's breath.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

Of course they are. I don't know how long it will delay the testimony, but I imagine that's all it can do. Trump is no longer the executive. Also, there is no executive privilege claim in matters of crime or corruption.

PLAYER: For all anyone knows, nothing is. Everything has to be taken on trust; truth is only that which is taken to be true. It's the currency of living. There may be nothing behind it, but it doesn't make any difference so long as it is honoured. One acts on assumptions.
