Attempt to interfere in state's election

I believe that's illegal.
The Washington Post reported Monday evening that Trump called [Pennsylvania] Speaker Bryan Cutler (R), urging him to intervene and take some action to "fix" state law that prevents lawmakers from intervening and replacing electors selected by the voters to cast the state's electoral votes.

A spokesman for the Speaker confirmed the president's call to the Post. The Trump campaign did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill, and the White House declined to comment on the story.

“The president said, ‘I’m hearing about all these issues in Philadelphia, and these issues with your law,’” Cutler spokesman Michael Straub told the Post, stating that the president went on to ask, “What can we do to fix it?”

If Biden's DOJ doesn't investigate Trump and his allies for attempting to overthrow an election, they will be guilty of dereliction of duty.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.
