Oh! A response to the Russian hack of the US government!

If the hack story hadn't been leaked, would they have? I don't think they would. I think they would have just kept quiet and hoped it didn't break until Biden was in office. Also, Biden went on air saying he would have a serious response to the hack, so they kind of had to do something.

...but hey, do what you want...you will anyway.

UPDATE:

I don't know why he tagged Ratcliffe, but I know why he tagged Pompeo.
