Where's Waldo?

Somewhere in India.
US President Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is likely to reach Jaisalmer today to attend a wedding, officials said.

There was no official confirmation about the visit of Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, to Jaisalmer, they said.

"We have confirmation of the visit of the US president's son-in-law to Jaisalmer. There is no official communication about Ivanka Trump's schedule yet," Jaisalmer District Collector OP Kasera told news agency PTI.

He said he was here to attend a wedding.

It was not immediately known whose wedding they were here to attend.

Is that not odd? He's gone to a wedding without Ivanka?

But, at least with some poking around, there is a report in the Times of India telling us whose wedding it is.
Jared Kushner arrived in the desert city for the underwrapswedding of his former flatmate and friend Nitin Saigal of UShedge fund Kora Management. Nitin and Jared, Harvard class of 2003, are reported to have shared an apartment in New York after being roommates for three years at Harvard. Saigal is marrying Vedika Bhaskar, daughter of Delhi industrialist Sanjay Bhaskar.

Wife Ivanka, who was also expected, did not arrive along with Kushner on the chartered Boeing that landed via Delhi at Jaisalmer airport, which was crammed with security — over 20 American and 100 Indian security personnel crowded the tiny airport. Kushner was accompanied by 12 others for the events.

The high-profile wedding of the US-based NRI industrialist’s son and business baron’s daughter is a three-day affair till November 24. The American delegation along with Kushner will stay in Jaisalmer till November 24.

A high-profiloe wedding being attended by Jared Kushner. That's some pretty shabby reporting by all those outlets that reprinted the "not immediately known whose wedding" line.  And that "one person conspicuously missing" tweet person should be ashamed.  This wasn't a last-minute sneak off trip.  Looks bad on one of my go-to tweeters, Southpaw, for retweeting it.

Another lesson in cross-checking every-fucking-thing.

Still, I wonder why Ivanka didn't go.
