The fact that Rubio stands for nothing sticks out less to me here than that he doesn't seem to get it that if you only use arms sales as threats and never act on the threat, it's the same as not having a threat. But the Saudis aren't that stupid.
Surely the Cubans in Florida have a slightly smarter candidate to back. Oh, I think I just answered by own question. The people who are actually supporting the man GOP fools don't want someone smart; they want someone they can manipulate.
