He could hardly have made it any clearer without saying the actual words that he's blaming the pipe bombs sent to Democrats he has railed against continously (12 at last count, the last two going to James Clapper and Corey Booker) on a Democratic false flag maneuver.

Another speech written for him and delivered in a very lackluster manner.
How long before he reverts to his normal screed and name-calling?
